The scum scraper, scum rake plate, and scum funnel form a scum skimming mechanism, which can effectively remove the scum on the water surface. The main beam is a large component that connects the support and the walking end beam, with walkway boards and railings on it. The lower part of the steel beam is connected to a scraper frame, a skimming mechanism, and a small scraper, etc., which are driven by the walking end beam to complete the scraping and scraping work.

The drive device of the transmission scraper is equipped with an over torque protection mechanism. When the torque reaches the set value, it will alarm and stop, making the operation safer and more automatic. The transmission scraper is widely used for sedimentation tank sludge discharge in water supply engineering, and the overall load of the machine is applied to the center of the working bridge. The sewage flows into the surrounding overflow tank after being distributed by the stabilizing cylinder. As the flow rate decreases, the suspended solids in the sewage are separated and settle at the bottom of the tank. The settled sludge is scraped by a scraper to the central sludge collection tank and discharged from the sludge pipe by static water pressure.
